Taco Tuesday

It’s easy and convenient to buy ready made taco kits from the supermarket, but last week the middle and upper primary students learnt how to make tacos from scratch. Then they filled them with their choice of fillings, including taco mince, tomato salsa, lettuce, capsicum, cheese, sour cream and coriander. Some tacos were a bit small to fold, so they were creatively turned into tostados.
