Kitchen Garden Program
In the kitchen this week junior students made cornflake cookies. They were very good at sharing the mixing while they learnt about creaming butter and sugar. Senior students put their baking skills to work and made Victorian Sponge Cakes. The cream for the sponges was whipped by hand and some students were so good at whipping they inadvertently turned their cream into butter.
