Scones and Quiches

Last week the Foundation to Year 2 classes turn our SPS grown pumpkin into pumpkin scones. Needless to say, they got the thumbs up. Years 3 to 6 voted to make mini quiches filled with diced or grated carrot and zucchini.  The students’ pastry-making skills are coming along very nicely.
